Where do you ship?
I ship worldwide, orders are shipped from Hungary. Items will be shipped in 3 business days after purchase as a registered priority letter by the Hungarian Post. You will receive a notification email with the tracking number* when your order was dispatched.
*Please note that tracking service is not available in the USA due to the lack of contract between the Hungarian Post Office and USPS.

Approximate delivery time:
The delivery times above do not include processing time which is 1-3 business days. Delivery time counts when the item leaves our workshop.
What delivery methods can you provide?
Standard shipping means regular postal service. I dispatch the orders as a registered, priority mail with tracking number and advice of delivery. Please note that tracking service is not available in the USA due to the lack of contract between the Hungarian Post Office and USPS.
Is cash on delivery an option?
Unfortunately not. Instead of cash on delivery I offer Paypal and Simple Pay payment options.
How do I know that my order was shipped?
I will send you a shipping notification email with the tracking number
Can I track my order?
I always provide tracking number but some countries e.g. USA don't provide information due to the lack of contract between the Hungarian Post Office and USPS. In that case you can check that I dispatched your order and that it left my country but you can't get any further information.
I didn’t receive my order. What to do now?
Please write us when 30 days are gone from your shipping notification date. I can start an inquiry at the Hungarian Post Office after the 30th day. Because I dispatch the orders as a registered letter its way can be followed. It takes some weeks to find it. If it seems to be lost then I resend your order to you as soon as I get the official verification of the Lost Item Status from the Hungarian Post.
Fees, taxes, duties
International customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries. We are not responsible for any additional charges that can arise during importing items from New Accent to your country.
