Do I need to sign up for an account to shop at concretejewels.com?

No.

What payment methods are available?

What happens when I placed an order?

You will receive an automatic notification email from your order. If you don’t receive our notification email, please check your spam folder in your mailbox and if you still don’t find our email please write us an email because probably the given email address was incorrect.

How do I know that my order was shipped?

We will send you a shipping notification email.

Can I track my order?

 I provide tracking number with standard shipping. Please note that tracking number service doesn't work in some countries (e.g USA) due to the lack of a contract between the Hungarian Post and the local Postal Service (e.g USPS). 

In that case you can check that I dispatched your order and it has left my country but you can't get any further updated information.

I didn’t receive my order. What to do now?

Please write us when 30 days are gone from your shipping notification date. I can start an inquiry at the Hungarian Post Office after the 30th day. Because I dispatch the orders as a registered letter its way can be followed. It takes some weeks to find it. If it seems to be lost then I resend your order to you as soon as I get the official verification of the Lost Item Status from the Hungarian Post.

Can I ask for a refund?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the manner in which they were received in 60 days from the date of purchase. Unworn, with original tags attached and it must also be in the original packaging. Before sending a product back please connect us.
Replacement or refund does not apply to gift cards and products on sale!

Do you refund shipping costs?

We refund your original shipping cost, but you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you return products you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we cannot be held liable for any lost items in the post.

Returns

To complete your return, you must email  e2studio@e2studio.hu with the subject line “Return Request” to receive a Return Number.

After received your Return Number, you should mail your product to:

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.
